Recommend for athletes with +6 months of consistent CrossFit training experience.
A well balanced program with various intensities and volumes throughout the week as well as throughout the year to help progress in CrossFit without the risk of being random, or overtraining and getting injured, or undertraining getting no results.
This program is best for athletes who wants to get more serious about their CrossFit performance and would like to compete / work toward competing in small scale / local competitions and the CrossFit Open.

Equipment needed are dumbbells and/or kettlebells, pull-up bar, rope jump, & resistance bands.
If you have been into a CrossFit gym you will be familiar with the intensity its intensity. However, this training plan will help you get fitter even at the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment. Even if you have never done CrossFit before, this training plan will work for you, as it does not include complex and advanced movement like barbell Snatch & Muscle-Ups.
This program is best for athletes who have limited access to equipment but want to still grind and train hard. This program is also suitable for athletes not looking to compete.
