Process your payment & create your account where you will be receiving your training plan.
STEP 4 : Start Training
Remote athletes will be put through 1-2 weeks of fitness testing to establish a benchmark for your current level and movement pattern; We will test your strength, mobility, conditioning...etc. depending on your goals.
After we have gather all information we needed through the questionnaire, videocall, and testing week, Your first training cycle will be created and tailored for you. Your performances for every session will be reviewed and discussed, and your progress will be monitored with your coach.
